Privacy policy

The Privacy Policy defines the rules for collecting, processing, and using personal data obtained from Customers through the online store operating at https://woobiboo.pl/sklep (hereinafter: “Online store”).

The personal data provided by Customers is processed in accordance with the scope of consent given by the Customers and legal requirements, in particular, in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: “GDPR”).

Data administration

The administrator of the data collected via the Internet Store is Woobiboo Piotr Podbielski, ul. Poznańska 105, 18-400 Łomża, on the basis of an entry in the Central Register of Registration and Information on Business Activity, NIP: 7182147562 REGON: 369196098 e-mail address: biuro@woobiboo.pl – hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator” and being at the same time the Service Provider of the Internet Store and the Seller.

The Administrator shall take particular care to protect the interests of individuals whose data is processed, ensuring that the data collected is processed lawfully, for specific, lawful purposes and not subjected to further processing inconsistent with these purposes. The data is accurate and relevant to the purposes for which it is processed, and it is stored in a form that allows the identification of individuals concerned, not longer than necessary to achieve the processing purpose.

Purpose of data collection

The personal data collected by the Administrator will be processed for the purpose of creating and managing a customer account, fulfilling orders placed in the online store https://woobiboo.pl based on Article 6.1b of the GDPR, and for direct communication based on Article 6.1f of the GDPR, which also constitutes a legitimate interest of the Company

In the case of separate consent, personal data will also be processed for the purpose of receiving commercial information sent by the Administrator to the provided email address, based on Article 6.1a of the General Data Protection Regulation in connection with Article 10.1 of the Digital Services Act. This applies in particular to the newsletter sent to the Customer if he/she confirms explicitly indicated by a link containing acceptance to receive the newsletter about current promotions, discounts and news in the Online Store. These materials relate exclusively to the offer of the Online Store.

The Administrator may process the following personal data of the Customers: first and last name; e-mail address; contact telephone number; delivery address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, town, country, province), residential/business/headquarters (if different from the delivery address). In the case of Customers who are not consumers, the Administrator may additionally process the company name and the Customer’s tax identification number (NIP).

Providing the personal data indicated above may be necessary for the conclusion and performance of a Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of an Electronic Service in the online store operating at https://woobiboo.pl/en/store/.

Data retention period

The collected personal data will be stored for the duration of remaining a registered user of the online store operating at https://woobiboo.pl/en/store, and after resigning from being a user of the online store – for the period necessary to exercise all rights vested in the seller under the sales agreement, including the pursuit of claims.

In the case of use of the online store without registration, personal data will be stored for the period necessary to exercise any rights the seller may have under the sales contract, including the assertion of claims.

Data recipients

In the case of a Customer who uses the postal or courier delivery method in the Woobiboo Store, the Administrator shall make the collected personal data of the Customer available to the selected carrier or intermediary handling shipments on behalf of the Administrator

In the case of a Customer who uses the electronic or card payment method in the Woobiboo Store, the Administrator shall make the collected personal data of the Customer available to the selected entity handling the aforementioned payments in the Woobiboo Store.

The Woobiboo Store may also transfer data to suppliers to whom it outsources personal data processing services, e.g. IT service providers. Such entities process data based on an agreement with the Woobiboo Store and only in accordance with its instructions.

In the event of an inspection, in accordance with the Data Protection Act, the Customer’s data may be made available to the inspectors.

Transfers of data to third countries

The Administrator does not transfer the collected data outside the European Economic Area unless the delivery of Goods at the explicit request of the Customer is intended to be made outside this area.

The transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area takes place under one of the following conditions:

  • processing is carried out by an entity for which a decision has been issued confirming an adequate level of protection
  • processing is carried out by an entity that participates in the Privacy Shield Programme,
  • processing is carried out by the entity under binding corporate rules.

Data security

Personal data is stored on secure servers. Selected employees have access to the data. The place and method of data storage are to ensure their complete security.

Customers’ rights in relation to the processing of personal data and automated decision-making

Customers have the following rights in relation to the processing of personal data:

  • the right to withdraw consent to data processing,
  • the right to access and receive a copy of personal data,
  • the right to request the rectification (amendment) of personal data,
  • the right to request the deletion of personal data,
  • the right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data,
  • the right to object to the processing of data based on a specific situation that justifies ceasing the processing subject to objection,
  • the right to data portability, i.e., the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. The right to data portability only applies to those data that are processed under contract or on the basis of consent.

The price depends on the size and the modules used. The cost for simple boards starts from PLN 109. On the other hand, more expensive models with a greater number of items cost from PLN 159 to 1120.

Right of withdrawal of consent

To the extent that data is processed based on consent, such consent can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Consent can be withdrawn by sending a statement of withdrawal of consent to the postal address or to our email address.

Right to lodge a complaint with the authority

The Customer also has the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority, i.e. President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Anonymous data and push notifications

When using the website at https://woobiboo.pl, anonymous information such as IP address, domain name, browser type, device type, operating system type, etc., is automatically collected on the server. The information stored on the server is used particularly for technical purposes and for the administration of the online store, ensuring the security of its operation, implementing the provisions of the Regulations, and protecting legal rights. In addition, the information is used to collect statistical or marketing information.

Cookie policy

The store also uses so-called cookies. These files are saved on the Customer’s computer by the server and provide statistical data about the Customer’s activity in order to tailor the offer to their individual needs and preferences. The Customer can disable the option of accepting cookies in their web browser at any time, although they should be aware that, in some cases, disabling these files may affect the ease of use of the Online Store’s offer.

FEEDBACK 

1.1. The Customer of the online store has the option of voluntarily and free of charge providing feedback on purchases made in the Online Store. The subject of the feedback may also include an evaluation, photo, or review of the purchased product in the Online Store.

1.2. After purchases in the online store, the Seller sends an email to the Customer requesting feedback, along with a link to an online form enabling its submission. The online form allows for responding to the Seller’s questions regarding the purchases, providing an assessment, adding a personal description of the feedback, and uploading a photo of the purchased product. If no feedback is given after the first invitation to give feedback has been received, the seller will resend the invitation.

1.3. Feedback can only be provided by a Customer who has made purchases in the Seller’s Online Store.

1.4. The feedback provided by the Customer are published by the Seller in the Online Store and on the TrustMate.io profile.

1.5. Providing feedback cannot be used by the Customer for unlawful activities, particularly for actions constituting unfair competition against the Seller or actions violating personal rights, intellectual property rights, or other rights of the Seller or third parties.

1.6. Feedback can only be provided for products actually purchased in the Seller’s Online Store. The conclusion of fictitious/apparent sales contracts for the purpose of issuing feedback is prohibited. The author of the feedback cannot be the Seller himself or his employees, regardless of the employment relationship. 1.7. The provided feedback can be removed by its author at any time.

Other information

If the website of the Store contains links to other websites not administered by the Store, it cannot be held responsible for the content of those pages or the level of privacy protection implemented by the administrators of those pages. By deciding to visit such websites, the Customer does so at their own risk. The Store encourages to read the privacy policy implemented by these parties before the Customer provides them with their personal data.

The Store also collects anonymous statistical data regarding visited pages. This data is used exclusively for statistical analysis of traffic on the Store’s pages. The Google Analytics privacy policy can be found at: www.google.com.
